EXAMPLE · SAMPLE EMAILS

What you get is just an email.

No app to monitor, no dashboard to figure out. Every week an “all clear”, and a “heads-up” only when there’s really something, with the exact line to forward. Here are both.

ALL CLEAR

Hi,

We ran a full sweep of your site this week (scan #23). We also watched the new flaws published over the last 7 days: none affects your site.

  • Customer accounts: locked, no way in without a password
  • Contact form: messages don’t leak
  • Database: not reachable from the outside

Result: nothing to do. Everything’s locked, nothing’s leaking. You can move on.

We’re back in 7 days. If anything moves before then, you get an email right away, no need to wait until next Monday.

Subject ⚠️ A flaw affects your site, 5 min to close it
⚠️ HEADS-UP · SIMPLE ACTION

Hi,

A new flaw came out last night. It affects the payment tool your site uses. In plain terms: someone could use it to see your customers’ order details.

It hasn’t happened to you yet: we’re writing before anyone takes advantage. And it’s not serious if we act now.

TO DO · 5 MINUTES Forward this email to whoever manages your site, with this line: “Update the payment module to version 4.2 (or later). It’s urgent, a security flaw has been published.” Reply to us when it’s done: we re-check right away and confirm it’s closed.

No panic, no jargon. If you have any doubt, reply to this email, we’ll look with you.

That’s it. Two possible emails: “all clear”, or “here’s what to do”. Never spam, never jargon.
