Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of KaliCertif, is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party brands and logos mentioned (Lovable, Wix, Stripe, OVHcloud, Scaleway, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for illustration only.

04 Personal data

The processing of personal data is detailed in our privacy policy (GDPR). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection regarding your data.

Any request can be sent to bonjour@kalisecu.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

05 Cookies

The site kalisecu.com uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only items strictly necessary to operation (display preferences) may be stored in the browser’s local memory, without collecting any personal identifier.
